WinMoney Data Recovery Procedure

1. Procedure via File Restore

Close the program and rename money.mdb as moneyold.mdb
  1. Start the program.
  2. Click on search to find the backups.
  3. System will search for the backup and show you backups available in all drives.
  4. Double click on desired backup file -

2. Procedure via Copy from windows explorer.

  1. Locate money folder.
  2. Close the program and rename money.mdb as moneyold.mdb.
  3. Copy your backup file moneyddmmyy.mdb in money folder.
  4. Rename file keep only as money.mdb
  5. Start the program.

3. Procedure via winmoney support

  1. In case you cannot locate backup & procedure 1 & procedure 2 fails.
  2. Locate winmoney folder.
  3. Call winmoney support.

4. Other important instructions

  1. stop working on program (even if you are in a position to restore old set of data & continue working).
  2. Please note that partial restore of data is not possible.
